Born in Victoria, BC Canada, Shirley has been an artist since the age of two. She has lived in West Vancouver, BC, Burlington, ONT, then Chicago suburbs and finally South Carolina. She is currently a member of the South Carolina Watermedia Society, Charlotte Art League, Catawba River Art Guild and the Tega Cay Art League in the Carolinas.
